титульное право (на ценную бумагу)
US UCC лицо приобретает титульное право на ценную бумагу, когда фондовый посредник: 1) отмечает посредством записи в системе учета, что финансовый актив занесен в кредит счета ценных бумаг (счета депо) данного лица; 2) получает финансовый актив от данного лица либо приобретает финансовый актив для данного лица, отражая это путем кредитования счета ценных бумаг данного лица; или 3) в соответствии с другим законом, положением или правилом обязан отражать поступление финансового актива путем кредитования счета ценных бумаг данного лица. Данный термин был введен в США в 1994 г. вместо термина security interest
